401k

Upon date of hire, all eligible employees may participate in EEA’s 401(k) plan. After one year of service, EEA will match employee deferrals according to the following Calculations:

  • 75% of the first 5% of deferrals
  • 25% of the next 5% of deferrals

Pension Plan

After one year of service, EEA will contribute an amount equal to 4% of your annual pre-tax salary until you reach retirement age or until your employment with EEA terminates

Vacation

Employees can earn between 10-20 days per year
