EPSON ELECTRONICS AMERICA, INC. Conditions of Use & Information Acceptance of Terms

Epson Electronics America, Inc. ("EEAI") provides on-line resources and content (the "Materials") via it's World Wide Web site (the "Site") subject to the following terms and Conditions("Conditions of Use") (Alternate 1: By using or downloading the Materials you agree to these Conditions of Use. It you do not agree to these Conditions of Use, do not use or download the Materials.) (Alternate 2: By clicking on the "Accept" button you are agreeing to be bound by all of the Conditions of Use.) Note: Use Alternative 2 if you are setting up the site access with a pop-up window that requires users to "Accept" in order to access the site.

Registration

In order to use or download certain materials, EEAI requires that you register. In registering, you agree to: (a) provide accurate, current and complete information about Yourself and your company as requested by the applicable registration forms and (b) Maintain and promptly update the information. If you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, or if EEAI has reasonable grounds to suspect the same, then EEAI has the right to refuse any or all use of the materials by you or your company. Epson and the Epson logo (the"Marks") are registered trademarks of Seiko Epson Corporation, registered in the U.S. and other countries. All other products and company names mentioned in this Site are the registered mark or trademark of their respective owners. The absence of a product or service name or logo anywhere in the text of this Site does not constitute a waiver of any trademark or other intellectual property rights by EEAI or its affiliates concerning that name or logo. You may not reproduce, display or use the Marks without the prior written permission of EEAI.

International Use

In consideration of the global nature of the Internet, you agree to comply with applicable local rules, regulations or laws regarding online conduct. Specifically, you agree to comply with all applicable laws regarding the transmission of technical data exported from the United States or the country in which you reside.
