Epson Electronics America, Inc. ("EEAI") provides on-line resources and content (the "Materials") via it's World Wide Web site (the "Site") subject to the following terms and Conditions("Conditions of Use") (Alternate 1: By using or downloading the Materials you agree to these Conditions of Use. It you do not agree to these Conditions of Use, do not use or download the Materials.) (Alternate 2: By clicking on the "Accept" button you are agreeing to be bound by all of the Conditions of Use.)
